One special thing in Munich is the bungalows in the olympic village. The bungalows where for the olympics in Munich in 72 and where already then meant to become apartments for student whilst the athletes had moved out. Basically this is probably the best accommodation that you can find in Munich as a student. However the bungalows are built in concrete and to give the area back its character the Studentenwerk hands out colors to paint the outer walls of your bungalow. – Rebloggt from lmuerasmus
